For New Zealand psychologists: Master a CBT-based group program designed for tweens (11-13) with ADHD. This talk (Part 1) covers essential psychoeducation, cognitive restructuring for adaptive thinking, and practical strategies to improve executive functioning and emotional regulation. This practical, developmentally appropriate group program is designed to support tweens aged 11-13 with ADHD to better understand themselves, build real-life coping strategies, and strengthen key skills in emotional regulation, executive functioning and self-esteem.
